Many see the Day of Remembrance for Israeli Fallen Soldiers and Victims of Terrorism as an opportunity to commemorate those who have given their lives for out right to live here. For members of bereaved families, this is only an official date, as for them, every day is a day of remembrance, be it a birthday, a wedding anniversary, a last vacation... Every moment holds fragments of loss.
We asked young animators to immortalize encounters and moments of grace; life moments. Sherry Anski, Rachel Glick, Yaron Natanzon, Asael Kahana, Ehud Banai and Hezi Segev agreed to open their hearts and share their personal stories of unforgettable moments with loved ones they've lost. We hope to create a vast, virtual reservoir of Israeli memories.
You're invited to join us on a journey through our personal-collective memories, one picture after another. http://www.youtube.com/user/beitavichaivideo?feature=mhee
